To be clear, I do not believe that the NBA fixes their draft lottery. That said, I was quite disappointed at Commissioner David Stern's response to Jim Rome's question regarding the NBA lottery because it showed an air of classlessness and hypocrisy that is not befitting a man who has largely been a respected sports executive and administrator for years.
